Is It Over Yet?

As a group, we continue to fail when it comes to editing. We have yet to finish our editing process and we have not moved on to the re-editing process. As stated previously, Josh is the one editing and we actually didn't include any titles or films. We basically just have a film that is put together, and that is what we presented on peer review day. We actually didn't have our saved film because Josh decided it was a good idea to leave the flash drive at home. So, we actually had to upload our clips up to IMovie and edit something really quick. Our plan for re-edit is to move more efficiently! The best way we will achieve this is, not having Josh edit! He does exclude us from the process so we never know what our movie looks like or how it's going. Which in the end falls upon our communication skills with each other.
Another thing about editing is, I really want to ensure that we have all the appropriate editing details we must include in the film. Otherwise we will not be receiving a good grade on this project. Music is also a big issue for us, I'm nit sure as to why but we just do not have music in the background and that also will cause us to fail. We have to look up royalty free music and make sure the background song we chose will, in the future, not be copyrighted. Lastly we have to stick to our plan of staying on top of this, so we can allow time to transition to our Critical Reflection questions. I love the idea of being able to re-edit the film because now we can fix any small/minor detail. In the end, editing has been sort of a weird and difficult process solely because we aren't on top of it.

Critical Reflection

How do  your products represent social groups or issues? With making a film, comes many elements that go unthought about. I do not believe...
