Filming with No Direction

Filming was super easy! It went by in about an hour, and we actually went through the whole entire film. One thing I wish we did differently, was having a better plan on how we wanted to achieve this film. As well as sticking to that plan because we went completely off track! Our storyboard and original scheme, did not play out how we would have liked. We really wanted to tackle a different genre because we knew the most basic genre everyone would go after. And in the end that's how our film played out. We had no sense of proper planning or coordination for what we all intended on filming. We failed to work as a group and put in a lack of effort all around.
The film went from creepy sci-fi to "who done it?" real quick. And for that I was a little disappointed in because I really looked forward to taking a different approach to the film. One thing that actually worked out on film day was that our school camera was actually dead. We only panicked for about 2 minutes, before realizing we can just use my IPhone. Which had so much better quality than what we would've gotten from the camera. As previously mentioned it was raining on and off the whole entire film time. So we did eventually move filming into my garage and then began to just make up scenes as we went along. Scenes did start to become a little questionable, and we completely changed the story line.
